Experience
Chris has practiced law in New Mexico for over thirty years, focusing on construction defects, and business and insurance litigation. He represents both individuals and businesses who have been wronged and seeks creative solutions to help resolve complex legal problems of significant consequence to his clients. Chris works hard to resolve disputes early and amicably whenever possible, and before a lawsuit is filed. He will assess your case in order to provide a realistic estimate of potential outcomes. In those instances when early resolution is just not possible, Chris brings his extensive litigation experience to bear on achieving an acceptable outcome. Chris has tried a lot of cases, over twenty jury and bench trials, and his results have been positive a vast majority of the time. Most of Chris’ clients are referred to him by other lawyers, a testament to his abilities and professionalism. As a small business owner himself, Chris is mindful of the incredible expense and stress that litigation represents and works hard to develop a litigation strategy that seeks to recover as much as possible for the least cost possible.

Education
Chris attended The College of Wooster (1982) and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law (1987). While at CWRU, Chris served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law and the Canada-U.S. Law Journal.
